☼Wednesday, August 13, 2008 @ 8:37 PM I had a FANTABULOUS time today. It's a TRIP TO BMTC DAY!! together with IZZI.. Wheee... But while waiting for the bus to meet Izzi, it was freaking slow larh! Waited for 51 but FOUR 143 came instead. So I just took the 143 bus which goes a longer way. But nevertheless, I didn't let that incident ruin my day.=D So met with Izzi and off to woodlands. We wanted to have a breakfast that would last us the whole day as there won't be any lunch provided. Saded. We had 3 choices; Burger King, McDonalds and KFC. After much consideration, we decided on KFC as there's student meal!! Hehe. And we both had Student Zinger Meal! When stomach is full, laziness had strucked so the bus it is. Reached school, bought bottled drinks and went to the toilet to 'touch-up'. Hehe. Then finally, to Sports Complex! Once reached, we had to line up to board the bus and I was in the same bus as my 'fahri'!! Awww..Inilah dinamakan takdir cinta. So sweet ritex..I know! And and I sat in front of him in the bus! Arhhh...! So it's confirm that fate brings us together..(: Aniwaes, it was a long journey to reach the Changi Jetty. Reached, and once bags and IC were scanned, we're off to board the ferry. Whee~~ The ride wasn't as bad as I thought. I didn't feel giddy at all. And since photo-taking weren't allowed in Pulau Tekong, aperr lagi, we made full use of the time we had in the ferry to take pictures!! Once reached, we were given goody bags; drinks, cake, oreo, a pen and a packet of tissue. Hehe. Then all of us went to this lecture hall or watever it's called to watch videos and also presentations. There were funny moments, for example, when the commander said the SOC, Standard Obstacle Course, must be completed in 10 mins time and the guys behind us went "like what!!". Hehe. We belong to the 'green' team and so our usher for the day brought us around the little sunny island. He's quite good-looking but alamak!, the voice spoils everything. Hahahkz!! There were 5 stations altogether. The first was, they showed us the bunks/rooms and introduced us to the facilities that they had. Second Station, he brought us to the place where soldiers train for their individuals marksmanship. It was computerised, not live firing. So it's more like an arcade. I've done it several times before. But I still tried anyway. And how great it was to hold onto a rifle again. I miss going to shooting competition that we never won before. Hahahakz.. Third, he brought us to SOC. Some boys volunteered to do and a girl actually volunteered. Wow! So brave of her and she's able to finish off the monkey-bar like thing so easily, she even did better than some of the guys. Hehe. But sadly, my fahri didnt try. Scared I guess?? He's only interested in the station before, so engrossed larhh.. Fourth, they let us tried the ration foods. When they asked to come forward to taste the food, Wahh!! Laju sehh, even though it's just ration food. They said it's nice but I don't dare to try. Last but not least, they gave us a talk on the things that they provide for the soldiers. Show off only. But truthfully, it's much more advanced and better now. Lucky the people nowadays especially the guys. In overall, the trip was FUN!! Together with Izzi beside me, I had a hell of a GREAT time today. And not forgetting, I've met with uncountable of handsome/cute/hot guys there..=D And know what, the more I see Fahri, the more I feel that he's not my type. So Nad, you can have him. Nahh, ambik. Hehex. And thanx ehk. I'll find my own one day, that's for sure!
